Warehouse Operative (Nights) – Picking & Loading
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 – 06:00
Pay Rate: Competitive, £12 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our clients night shift team. This role involves order picking and handball loading, making it a physically demanding yet rewarding position. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive their goods accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare orders efficiently and accurately.
• Load goods manually (handballing) onto vehicles for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Follow health & safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
• Work as part of a team to meet nightly targets and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is desirable.
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
• Reliable and punctual, with good time management skills.
